When the mind is still and stable, respiration is still and calm and our body and emotions follow with more stability, peace and restfulness. This course is designed to introduce you to a variety of powerful meditation techniques, including chakra balancing, yoga nidra, and mantra meditation, each customised to address different aspects of well-being. Through the practice of pranayama (breathing exercises) and mudras (hand gestures), you will learn to control and direct your energy, supporting and deepening your meditation practice.

With a step-by-step and easy to follow approach you will integrate these practices into your daily life, ensuring that you experience their full benefits. "Meditation Training Course is 1 month program with bi-weekly Live Sessions. After every session you will receive exercises and techniques to practise at your own time. Please ensure you are fully committed to learning the techniques and practising them between the sessions."
