1. Silence Fast: Practise Silence for 6 Hours Once a Week

In our noisy world, it's easy to lose touch with that quiet inner guidance that speaks through intuition. One of the best ways to reconnect is through a "silence fast." This doesn’t just mean refraining from speaking but also from the constant bombardment of media, music, and conversations. Once a week, carve out six hours to immerse yourself in complete silence.

What happens when you turn down the external noise? You create space for your inner voice to rise. You’ll begin to hear the whispers of your intuition more clearly. During this time, focus on being present with yourself. Notice how your thoughts unfold. What feelings emerge? You might be surprised at how much clearer your decisions and insights become when you're not distracted by outside chatter.

This shifts you into a more mindful, present state, which enhances your intuition.

By using the non-dominant hand, you stimulate the right hemisphere of your brain, which is closely associated with creativity, intuition, and emotion. It pushes you to be more aware, breaking old patterns and opening yourself up to new ways of thinking and perceiving.
